What a crazy few weeks it has been. Mostly working, but also "working" in some fun into the schedule. Jeff and I attended my stepsister, Jillian's, wedding. It was so much fun! Dancing, drinking, eating lots of cupcakes. We made the trip to GR in one day because we had to take care of the animals in Yuba both nights and I had to work on Sunday morning. Otherwise, it was a great time.
Today, of course, is Father's Day. I celebrate three fathers in my life at the moment: Those being Jeff's Dad, Bob, Jeff's Stepdad, Terry, and my stepdad, Eric. We gave them each a little surprise and boy was it great to see their smiles light up. What great dad's we have, even if not biological!
This morning, Jeff and I hit the golf course and first hit some balls at the driving range. I don't have my own clubs (yet) so I rented from the course in Interlochen. It's a great, inexpensive course. I was actually only a few strokes behind the guys, and for my second time ever golfing, and my first eighteen holes in a row, I think I did pretty great. Just need some more practice with each club and determining which one I need for each situation. I'm sure Jeff and I will hit the range a few more times before I leave on July 5.
Here's a couple of action photo collages that I was able to snap this morning with the boys.
